Key Benefits of Joining XLV Realty
- Experienced Agents: 80/20 commission split with a $10,000 annual cap. Once capped, you earn 100% of your commission. The cap renews annually on the anniversary of the agent’s start date with XLV Realty.
- New & Inexperienced Agents: 75/25 commission split with the same $10,000 cap, followed by 100% commission after capping. The cap also renews on the agent’s anniversary date with XLV Realty.
- Cap Incentive: After reaching the $10,000 cap, XLV Realty covers the cost of your personal website annually, as long as it is maintained.
